To put things in perspective, Yasmine's litter was due a week after Kepi's litter, yet Kepi had her puppies (by C-section because she never went into labor) two days after Yasmine had her litter naturally.  So it's like Kepi's pups are older than Yasmine's by a week, despite being born just after Yasmine's pups!
