Anatolian Shepherd Puppies 3 Weeks Old

Here are the 5 of 7 fawn puppies above, and the 2 of 7 pinto puppies, below, from the Sirin X Duman litter. These puppies are ALL over the place now, mostly OUT of the whelping box! Two nights ago was the first night they all slept outside the box. And this week they are barking and howling, a change from the puppy mewling sounds of earlier.
The puppies are also beginning their mock killing and predator-fighting practice. Even at this young age, they can sound pretty fierce when they growl and carry on! But mostly they still sleep and eat and occasionally do a little bit of exploring.
I think they must also have a contest for biggest mouth! ;->

wow, barking and howling... how quickly they move right out of "cannot fend for ourselves at all" to eyes open, ears open and ready to learn and grow AND CALL MOM WHEN NEEDED!!!!!
