Shepherds Rest Altin Kuzgun "Raven"

Shepherds Rest is proud to announce that Shepherds Rest Altin Kuzgun, known as "Raven," owned by Alison Critchfield, won Best in Show under Judge Antonio Raposo at the UKC show March 29, 2014 in Minneapolis.  It was the UGSDA (United German Shepherd Dog Alliance) Multi Breed conformation show.

Raven is a Gunner X Biskit pup, DOB 9-5-13, almost 7 months old in above photo.  Thank you, Alison, for permission to post these pictures!  Congratulations on your win with Raven!

Panter X Gunner Puppies 3 Weeks Old!

Puppies are walking all over the place, mastering stability on their feet while they play-wrestle with siblings.  They are beginning to bark, growl, and have many sound variations to their vocalizations.  They are eating solid food (Purina One Large Breed Puppy kibbles soaked until soft in hot water and cooled to warm).  They are also very responsive to people, crawling on laps, and some of them enjoying tummy rubs.  The goats are beginning to be of interest, but the puppies are not yet wandering too far outside of their shelter.
